The structure of the accommodation is that the owner lives on the first floor and there is a separate second generation on the second floor. You can use the entire accommodation labeled as Room 2, and at late hours (after 10 o'clock), other people sleep around, so be careful not to make noise. It is not suitable for enjoying loudly. ★

An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

Nice to meet you~^^ Welcome to our house (J&J). I created my own atmosphere with stylish lighting, not stuffy due to the double floor inside, as if it was a pretty café instead of an ordinary house. The magnificent Gangneung golden pine trees surround the house and feel the view of the pine trees from the multi-level bedroom. There is a promenade from the front of the house to the Anmok coffee street, so you can feel the pleasure of taking a walk to the sea for about 20 minutes~^^ The left is Anmok Beach and the right is Namhangjin Beach, so you can experience the two beaches with different atmospheres~ I built the house of my dreams near the sea. The host's wish is that this place can be a place where visitors to Gangneung can fully heal in my own atmospheric, unique space. ~^^

It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
