Janjan/Jan2 (Tesla Walker Connector, Jacuzzi, Board Game)

An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

"Mysterious charm: Casablanca, Yeongrang"

You can enjoy the beautiful nature of Yeongrang Lake from the living room and terrace. There are markets within a 10-minute walk, so you can enjoy both the sea and the lake. In addition, Dongmyeong Port, Yeonggeumjeong, and Intercity Bus Terminal are located nearby. The mysterious lighting adds to the atmosphere of the night, and it will make your time with those traveling with you even more brilliant. The modern interior in a white tone without dirt neatly erases the dizzying thoughts of everyday life and allows you to focus more on this time here and now. We didn't put a TV in the living room so that we could fill it with just the two of us. Instead, you can comfortably watch and enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and more on a large beam projector screen that is not envious of a movie theater in the bedroom. The bedroom is set as comfortable as possible with low-intensity lighting to help you focus on watching movies and sleeping deeply. Recommended for those traveling alone or with two people.

Beautiful romantic house featured in magazines/Gangneung Station/Private parking lot

It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

Hanok/Healing/Exclusive use of the yard/Leisure/Golmala/Netflex free

You can watch the video by searching โ€œHanok from the Japanese Colonial Period as a Second Homeโ€ on YouTube. The birth of Golmalga dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house. We hope you will experience the past and the present during your stay at โ€™Golmalga'.
