This is a space where you can use the entire house privately. The space where I lived with my family for 40 years was renovated in 2012 and is now in operation. There is a spacious yard and a carefully cultivated garden, so if you sit on the roof, you can enjoy a quiet and slow time with the square sky. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms connected to the living room have two queen size beds and are spacious. The third room is a small room (love room) with a separate entrance. Additional bedding is available at a separate fee, and we guarantee a comfortable rest with a thick cotton quilt and blanket made by the workshop, so please contact us. (Maximum 6 people) We have prepared a welcome tea and simple refreshments. We have prepared a decaffeinated tea (tea with no tea leaves), so please enjoy the tea ceremony regardless of the time. It is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station and is the second house in the alley of <Hyundai Motor Company Car Center>. The main road and bus stop are close, so you can easily access Tongin Market, Seochon, Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong.

Major tourist attractions such as Gwangneung Arboretum, Homo Lake, and Homo Cafe Village are within 5-15 minutes. It's an in-law, and it's an organic village, so the air is clean. We farm organically by homestead. It's a countryside village, not a pension, so there's no big grocery store like downtown. You can use it alone as a separate building. On the 1st floor, there is a living room, kitchen, toilet, and utility room, and on the 2nd floor, there is a dirt bed and deck.When you open your eyes in the bedroom, you can enjoy the sunshine and countryside through the window. The air is clean because it is an organic village. You can hear the sound of unnamed birds. It's a rural village.

A perfect place for your semesters during your studies in South Korea! Two stories annex is right next to our family’s house but with a separate entrance. So we will be able to help you anytime in case you need anything. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor and bedroom is on the first floor. In the bedroom, large table for two people and queen sized bed are also prepared. It will be a great place to study and take rest.
