It's worth every penny spent, besides being in my opinion the best beach in SC, which is Itapema, the apartment corresponds to each group, from small to the whole family, the building itself is very quiet, the neighbors I met were all nice people, the location is very good, around there are restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, supermarket, pharmacy, conveniences, that is, you can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. I recommend it for those who want tranquility and calm and to have the feeling of the true foot in the sand.

Excellent, everything as advertised... the location is perfect, "on the sand", close to everything, easy access, you don't even need to walk around with house keys, great! There was a day when I went out without shoes to go to the beach... and there is also a brewery that made my stay even easier... the kitchen is very complete, we lacked nothing, Jonas served us very well, we will return when possible!

Excellent apartment and an even more host. The apartment is elegant, spacious, with lots of natural light and exquisite decor. Maickel responded instantly to all our inquiries and very kindly. My husband and I definitely recommend it. A 10 in all!

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment is excellent, very well equipped with everything needed for comfortable and worry-free lodging. But the great highlight, without a doubt, is the view to the sea – something indescribable! The sunrise is breathtaking, a true spectacle of nature that makes the experience even more special. We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The space is exactly as described in the listing, spacious, comfortable and with all environments impeccably clean. The cleanliness was of the highest quality, everything was perfect, which made the difference in our stay, providing a feeling of welcome and comfort from the first minute. The location is also excellent, practically on the sand, which allowed us to make the most of the proximity to the sea. I would especially like to highlight Leandro's cordiality and care. He was extremely attentive and proactive, always making himself available for any questions or needs that arose. From the first contact, he showed great zeal for our well-being, which made all the difference for our stay. We felt very well cared for and calm throughout. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

The house was perfect for our family. I had everything you need to have a great vacation. Micheli and Robson were very friendly and always willing to help us. The location was great, close to good restaurants and walking you could go to the beach. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back one day.

The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.
