This place definitely my priority choice when I visit here. The space was exactly as described in the listing. All the amenities—from the well-equipped kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi—made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was seamless, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

host is friendly, gives clear and super descriptive instructions on how to check in. the unit itself is clean and as per advertised in the listing. amenities are well equipped with washing machine, induction cooker, towels, hangers, iron, and sufficient outlet sockets next to bed and table. highly recommend for the price point. thank you!

We love every single aspect of Arif' unit. Relaxing and peaceful, windy too. Place is tastefully decorated. My kids n hub had a blast playing Ps5 games. Decent size pool, best is near ioi city mall just a 4mins drive-away. Thank you Arif and team for hosting and accomodating our stay.

The house is clean, fully equipped, and there is also Netflix and Prime Video for free, making it perfect for families to live in. The location is also close to IOI Mall, and there are many 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. I highly recommend short-term residence.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. We will definitely return again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

Nous logeons en famille chez jome pour un mois et demi et nous nous sentons comme à la maison. C’est l’un des meilleurs hébergement que nous ayons connu à travers nos nombreux voyages. L’appartement est parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est incroyable avec un magnifique parc et un lac accessibles à pieds. Sans oublier la sublime mosquée rose visible depuis le balcon. Plusieurs commerces accessibles également à pieds. Le tout dans un environnement calme rythmé par le chant des oiseaux :) possibilité d’utiliser les vélos pour atteindre nos points d’intérêts. C’est un sans faute pour nous et projetons même de revenir l’an prochain :D jome est un hôte adorable et aux petits soins encore merci à lui pour son accueil hors du commun. Famille regnier

Good stay, good host, easy to check in and clean home

By far one of the best Airbnbs in the area! It looked exactly like the photos, and the rooms smelled fresh and clean. We absolutely loved our stay. Eve and Danica were very helpful and responsive whenever we messaged them. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our toddlers had a great time and enjoyed taking pictures in every corner of the room—so cute! My wife appreciated the dedicated work desk, which made it easy for her to get things done. Food delivery was also a breeze, with Grab orders conveniently placed at Lobby 3 for pickup. While there aren’t any shops directly downstairs, this setup worked well for us. The host has maintained the place exceptionally well—perfect for busy parents like us. Charging ports, a water dispenser, plates, bowls, and cutlery were all readily available. The fridge was spotless with no unpleasant odors, which we really appreciated. The only downside is the lack of convenience stores or eateries right below the building. Families with young kids

Overall a pleasant stay, would revisit in future. 1) Good & helpful security, free parking. 2) Clean & equipped unit, great hot shower & toiletries + towels, available kitchenware except microwave, washing machine available & in house drying rack. 3) Comfort bed & just nice air-cond. 4) TV box & WiFi for entertainment. 5) Good to use sofa.
