The owner is very friendly, and his property very comfortable to stay. Anyone bringing children is a suitable place for all. Cleanness of the house is very good.

Had a great staycation, only issue for elderly ppl was to take a long walk to swimming area frm room. It was concern of safety wise. Quiet place and big house

Real villa feel so close to the Ipoh city. The place is cleaned and well maintained with lots of amenities. Good for big families. Pool is amazing. They had a dining table that converts to a pool and ping pong table, an arcade console and a karaoke set with mics, more than enough to keep all of us entertained! 😊

I believe this is one of the best place i've stayed in Malaysia. The house was aesthetically designed making it feel so warm and cosy and it seriously felt like home. I wish i could stay longer but time was not being nice. Totally recommend to stay here for a day or two to explore Ipoh.

Location is convenient to move around within Ipoh city. Not as crowded as in the town area, no worries of traffic, easy access to expressway. Walking distance to reach coffee shops with delicious local foods. The home environment is simple, clean and neat. I will definitely book the same home again on my next visit to Ipoh. A very comfortable and affordable place to stay. The homestay looks exactly like the pictures — clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. Everything was in good condition, and the amenities provided were more than enough for our stay. Great value for money and suitable for both small families and groups. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Just a note on the surroundings — there are quite a number of migrant workers in the area, and many of them hang around outside at night. While we didn’t face any issues, it’s best to be extra mindful of your security and belongings. Some of them were seen observing guests coming in and out of the homestay, so do take precautions. During our stay, there was a leakage issue when it rained, and some water dripped onto the mattress. We reported it to the host, and they responded professionally by offering a 50% refund. Really appreciated how the host handled the situation — overall, still a good experience and worth considering.

Ivy’s place is everything she described it to be. The place was spacious and looked exactly like the picture. The sofas were comfortable and the bed linens were soft and clean. Had a good night rest for the two night my family stayed over. I appreciate that tv box and game consoles were provided. I enjoyed movie binge-ing at night and also had hours of fun playing the games on the sole with my kids. Wifi was zippy and fast as advertised as well. I thought it was ingenious to have the dry and wet kitchen/washing Bay Area spilt apart as it separates the noise from the dining and living area, albeit the furnishing not as nice; but, it has everything. The parking space was ample and I appreciate the overhead shelter for the vehicle. Last, I want to commend Ivy for her attentiveness and prompt response. I had some trouble getting in (but was my fault) but Ivy was fast to response and aid me. Overall, a good place to stay considering the price we paid for it.

Jenice’s house is the best, clean, spacious and she provides with loads of games and activities. The house location is also strategic, only 15-20mins to town. Will definitely booked again next time ☺️

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Helen's place! We went on an impromptu trip to Ipoh after a busy work period to unwind and find some peace and everything was what we hoped for. The homestay was a quiet respite from the city center of Ipoh, but it was not difficult or far to get to the happening places in town. It was also very close to a slew of coffeeshops which offered all the local fare one hopes to find in Ipoh. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and most importantly, comfortable. We all slept very well every night, and the AC was such a relief from the heat. The bathroom was great too, with adjustable water pressure and temperature. The living room area was spacious as well, giving us a lot of room to organize ourselves. Walking out of the gate every day and seeing mountains just beyond the houses is such a nice sight for us Singaporeans. There's also a beautiful collection of flowers and plants at the front yard. Overall, 10/10 recommend!!

The place looks exactly like the photos, which was a great start! The location is very convenient—just 10-15 minutes from most tourist spots, including the airport. Getting around was easy with Grab, and the fares were super affordable (most of our rides were just RM5, with a maximum of RM10). The host was responsive and friendly, even allowing us to extend our stay so we didn’t have to linger around before our evening flight. A couple of things to note: there are quite a few stray dogs around the estate, and we found fresh poop right in front of the gate every day—just something to be aware of! Also, each room only has one power outlet, which made it a bit tricky to charge devices or use a hairdryer. We had seen previous reviews mentioning weak or no WiFi coverage, so we checked with the host, and it seems to have been resolved. We tested it during our stay, and the connection was fast, strong, and stable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

The place is located in the centre of Seri Iskandar and it was easy for us to go anywhere. Communication with Ain was execellent as she was very responsive and accommodating. The house also as described and we were happy with our stay.

The stay was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped perfect for a family trip. I’m giving 5 stars overall. Just a small note: the aircond remote in the ground floor living hall wasn’t working, and the TV couldn’t be turned on, so we couldn’t use it. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you!
