You will be 35 minutes from the Futuroscope, 10 minutes from the Cité du Cardinal in Richelieu and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms: 140 and 160 beds, one bedroom with 2 90 beds. Charming 65 m2 single-storey accommodation in a house divided into two apartments. The house is located in a small atypical village of Touraine with local shops within a 2-minute walk (bar/restaurant, bakery, grocery store, etc.) This house with cocooning tones is located 20 minutes from Châtellerault, 10 minutes from Richelieu, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Chinon, 35 minutes from Center Parcs, 35 minutes from the spa town of La Roche-Posay, close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Château Tower in Heart of Loire Valley

This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

In the countryside but close to the cities at the same time, discover "La petite Lucie", a house completely refurbished but having kept the charm of the old, beams and exposed stones, in a quiet and soothing setting. You will be 25 minutes from FUTUROSCOPE, 35 minutes from Poitiers, 30 minutes from Chatellerault and Center Parcs, 40 minutes from Chinon. Detached house with private parking, has its own very flowery garden to relax in. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby.

Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Lydia and Domi are waiting for you at the cottage; wing of our family home completely restored while keeping the charm of yesteryear. You will be completely independent in this place but we will be available to accommodate your requests. Our accommodation is perfect for families (with children), large groups and four-legged friends. We specify that we apply a rate proportional to the number of guests beyond 4 people to take into account the costs and use of the house and in particular the maintenance of the bed linen and towels provided.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION! We welcome each tenant in person. So we ask all our dear tenants to kindly announce their arrival time in advance and to keep us informed on D-Day at least 30 minutes before.
