From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. The place is nice, quite big for 6 guests, and the lobby is also helpful though they really ensure us will not make any trouble as visitor. The facility like swimming pool and shopping area is close and great. Perhaps additional complementary such as tea and coffee will make it much better. It’s small things but I believe important for any guest.

We stayed for one month and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the essentials were provided — including towels, shampoo, toiletries, quality cookware, and cleaning products — which made our long stay very convenient. The building has a gym that opens at 6 AM, which was a great bonus, and AEON BSD Mall is within walking distance — super convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a mosque about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for Jumu'ah prayers. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

Love the whole experience staying at Mario’s listing. The apartment units are clean and guest facilities are amazing too, beautiful swimming pools and cozy pool lounge. I’d recommend this place as it’s so strategically located in central Jakarta, where you can go to Grand Indonesia only 10 mins by taxi or you can walk easily to MRT station. Also if you like just stay indoors, at downstairs there is Spanish 😋 and Japanese restaurant which I like to go when I stayed here. Overall, it was an enjoyable stayed at Sudirman suites, Mario has been very helpful and responsive to get everything sorted for you. Great services by Mario and his teams. Thank you.
