Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

The property is exactly as described in the listing. The apartment's structure is complete, with an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a bedroom with a very cozy double bed. The location is another positive point, close to everything. I recommend the accommodation for both business and leisure travelers. Apartment very well equipped with everything we need ! Large rooms well ventilated and overlooking the entire city ! Very attentive hosts ! Excellent location! Very close to the center (about a 10 minute walk), supermarkets, bakery, church and restaurants. We love the stay ! Come back again !

the Erika space is very good and well located. It has everything close by, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, bakery, all the best. The building has a good gym and the neighbors make no noise. Erika answers very quickly and helped with questions. valeu much to have stayed here.

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!

A thousand stars! Diogo was always very helpful, gave all the directions in advance, the check-in was very smooth, as well as the checkout. The apartment was clean, clean and fragrant bed linen, in the kitchen there are all the utensils we need. I went with my husband and my children (one 2 years old and one 7 months old) and they were well accommodated. The oldest slept in a room and the youngest slept with us in a crib that we brought, which fit comfortably in the room. We will definitely be back!

The apartment of Jussara/Maria Helena was an excellent option, the apartment is complete has everything available, very cozy, excellent space with 3 bedrooms, finally it was a great choice. the building has good privacy, there were no noises, entrance and exit was very quiet... About the neighborhood, it was amazing everything is very close, I did not imagine that it was all so close, but only pizzeria has about 4/5 options in a radius of 500 meters.. It has a very close shopping center with several shops, finally without words to describe the experience, it was better than I imagined. we'll call you on hosts, very easy communication and rapturous, accurate information nothing to complain about. 100% satisfied.
