Romain was superb! He prepared a thoughtfully designed meal that included tons of in-season local products. He was also a great presence, warmly introducing each course and guiding us through the ingredients - including items from his own garden! We can't recommend Romain highly enough for your evening. You'll recieve a sampling of local cuisine prepared by a convival and knowledgeable guide.

Chef Romain came up with a wonderful four course menu for my partners 60th birthday which not only tasted wonderful but looked beautiful! Delivered so imaginatively. He catered for two vegetarians with a wonderful risotto whereas we ate the best duck around. Chef arrived on time and delivered everything as agreed! My partner was very happy and learnt lots of foody things about the region when Romain joined us for a drink after the meal.
