We had the most incredible experience with chefs Miguel and Daniel during our stay in Spain. Every dish was absolutely outstanding, from the fresh and beautifully balanced swordfish tiradito to the perfectly cooked octopus paella and the light, decadent mascarpone mousse for dessert. The food was not only delicious but also presented so beautifully that every course felt special. Beyond the amazing meal itself, Miguel and Daniel provided exceptional service from start to finish. They recommended fantastic wine pairings, made the entire evening feel warm and effortless, and were genuinely such a pleasure to spend time with. You could truly feel their passion for food and hospitality throughout the experience. To top it all off, they left the kitchen and dining space absolutely spotless afterward. We couldn’t have asked for a better private dining experience and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable evening. Thank you both for such a special night!

Communication in advance was prompt, clear, and reassuring. The chefs themselves were very friendly and were able to tell us a lot about all the fresh produce. My cousin and father love to cook, so they spent an hour chatting with the chefs and helping with some preparations. They explained to us step by step how they prepared the paella. They spoke Spanish and English. We had a party for 30 people, and there was plenty of vegetarian and Valencian paella. The taste was wonderful! Everyone has given compliments. They brought all sorts of things with them and also used some items from our kitchen, but to be fair, they left everything very tidy again. The floor is even parquet. It was truly a great addition to our party to have them there for a few hours to freshly prepare two types of paella. I highly recommend them for your party!

Highly recommend Daniel🙌🏼 We hired him for a dinner on our vacation in Mijas, and it was a really great experience from start to finish. He responds quickly and was super attentive to menu choices, requests, and allergies even before the evening. When he first arrived, we could really just sit back - he took control in the kitchen, worked independently, and was really proactive throughout - really appreciated.
