I had Alejandro cater a meal for my birthday in a villa outside Barcelona and it was just perfect. He was very friendly and accommodating from the start (there were quite a few complicated dietary requests) and we came up with a suitable meal plan before confirming the booking. When he arrived he was even friendlier in person and got working straight away to prepare the most incredible meal, that everyone is still talking about. I couldn't recommend him more

We could not have been more pleased than having Chef Alejandro cook for us. We had requested Alejandro to cook for 8 adults the day after attending a wedding. We had some allergies and finicky eaters, but Alejandro worked with our group well, taking all our concerns into consideration. We choose the Tapas menu thinking it would not be too much food after the wedding feast, but we were wrong! We had enough food to last through the next day, and it was ALL delicious and beautiful to look at. Alejandro was very friendly and welcomed some of the group watching him cook, he answered our questions gracefully. He was a joy to spend the evening with while he cooked and served us. While describing how he made the fish broth for the paella, he said his soul was in the paella. We could all taste it! He also offered an option of wine pairing, but we had plenty of wine to finish before our stay was ending, so declined this, but would have loved to try it. Muchos gracias, Alejandro!

This was the best meal I've eaten in my entire life! Without exaggeration, every course was perfection. We loved the convenience and novelty of having this experience right in our AirBnB - we ate outside on our patio which had a spectacular view. Alejandro even cleaned all the dishes and let us keep the leftovers. I wish we lived in Barcelona so we could hire Alejandro for every special occasion!
