Chef Gabriele was more than amazing. The food was better than any chef we have used. He reached out to us days before to make sure of the time and the location as we are in a very remote place. I love this as I am a planner myself. He had everything prepared perfectly for our group. Special surprises in addition to things that we ordered. Also, we are staying in a rental and our table is small and without asking he just happened to have a catering table in his car that he dressed and set up for us. It was a lovely event and I hope we come back to this area even if it’s just for this!

Chef Gabriele was amazing! He was very responsive from the beginning, provided extensive menu options, was accommodating, on time, and is very nice. His table setting and dinner was beyond magnificent! Our group of 14 had more than enough food, and he surprised us with additional dishes from our chosen menu that were so wonderful and tasty. It was such a great way to end a family trip with a celebratory meal to close our vacation. We highly recommend Gabriele. Everything about the experience was fantastic!!

Gabriele was fabulous! He was very responsive to our questions and offered so many delicious options. He came to the house to set up and set the most beautiful table. He is so creative with his decor. He was pleasant with all of us as we interacted. We were all thrilled with Gabriele and his amazing culinary skills! I highly recommend him! We were amazed at what he had done for us when we saw the exquisite appetizers. There was so much to choose from for the 11 of us! We were equally thrilled by the first and main courses. The food was fresh and tasted sooo good! We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. It did not end there. Gabriele then served us a creamy, panna cotta. I would highly recommend him!

Gabriele has made our Tuscany trip truly unforgettable. From the moment he arrived, he took care of absolutely everything — setting up the table, cooking an incredible 11-course menu with the freshest local ingredients, and leaving the kitchen spotless afterwards.
