We were a group of four and had one of the best evenings with Chef Enrica! She hosted us at her beautiful villa just outside Rome, surrounded by the countryside and gorgeous views of the hills. We started outside in the garden with aperitivo and appetizers, and immediately felt relaxed and at home. Enrica is incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can feel how much she genuinely loves what she does. After drinks outside, we moved into her dining and kitchen space, which was elegant but also very comfortable and personal. She had created a printed menu, and every course was more delicious than the previous. The stuffed zucchini flowers were amazing, the pasta was fantastic, the meat course was one of our favorites, and the chocolate dessert from her family recipe was the perfect ending. Beyond the food itself, it was all the little details and conversation that made the night memorable. Hearing about her background, her cooking, and inspirations made for a magical evening.

Earlier, my wife and I used Enrica to cook a meal for the two of us while we babysat our granddaughter and our adult children and their spouses went out to a restaurant. This time Enrica cooked for the whole family. Once again she served us a delicious meal with some items picked from her own garden that afternoon. This was a great way to spend a wonderful evening in Rome at "home" with the whole family. Enrica used to run a catering business and now mostly serves repeat private, local clients. She's a great find. I highly recommend her.

Enrica came to our Airbnb apartment and cooked an amazing meal for my wife and myself. As good as any restaurant we ate at in Rome. She's a lovely person, loves her role as chef, and cooked a four-course amazing meal. The stuffed zucchini flowers, spinach flan, and scallops were all wonderful! She completely washed the dishes and put everything away afterwards. I would highly recommend her!
