This dinner experience starts with a charcuterie board with gourmet cheeses, cured meats, marinated olives, dried fruits, and crackers. Next, we present our reverse Caprese salad, while chef Travis cuts their handmade pasta onsite. He specializes in ravioli, gnocchi, linguini with pesto, basil marinara, Bolognese. Our rustic Italian cuisine can be customized with steak Florentine, or eggplant Parmesan dishes and a hand made tiramisu for dessert.

Our taste of Sedona captures local flavors. The gourmet dining experience feature some of our favorite southwestern dishes that include cactus fries with aïoli, street corn soup, cowboy steaks with compound butter, beer-can chicken and prickly pear cheesecake for dessert. If you need substitutions on the menu, chef Travis can whip up vegetarian or pescatarian options to complement your dinner experience and accommodate all the guests in your party!
