Albert is both an excellent cook, who allowed us to enjoy a very nice meal, and an excellent host: responsive before dinner, punctual, pleasant and educational once at home (he very kindly explained to my 11-year-old son how he cooked the meal!), and very pleasant during the service with each of the guests. He also left the kitchen perfectly clean.
