Our on-site team will be preparing everything in your airbnb kitchen and any outdoor grill setup available. Whether a milestone birthday, intimate anniversary, or a simple desire to gather your loved ones around something extraordinary, we handle every detail. Every dinner feels personal, unhurried, and deeply connected to the food, the place and the company. Included is a 5/6 coursed meal, served family style. Al Fresco

We LOVE cooking over open fire and the desert is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining under the big desert sky. We have a variety of custom-built grills - from our giant offset smoker to our kushiyaki for Japanese skewers and our trailer BBQ that we will bring to your airbnb with our fully self- contained mobile kitchen. During this unique experience, we serve a 5/6 coursed, family style meal Min 8 guests or menu upgrades for smaller groups.

The Asado

The asado is our premium open fire dining service. Leaning on the traditional Patagonian method, our custom asado grill imparts incredible flavor while being an impressive show piece for your guests. Using locally sourced mesquite & oakwoods our expert on-site chefs prepare all proteins, veg and even breads over embers until perfect. We love smoking whole fish, cooking paellas, racks of ribs on the asado! We offer package pricing for large parties! Just ask! Minimum of 10 guests
