A 5-course tasting menu designed to be a Chef created memorable experience customized to your occasion. After an initial discussion, Chef Elise will propose a high-end menu designed specifically for you from start to finish. Menu Structure Example: Starter/Canapes 1. Raw Fish Preparation or Raw Bar Preparation or 2. Two Canapes designed with guest preferences in mind. First Course 1. Salad, Soup, or Appetizer Intermezzo 1. Granita or other unique palate cleanser Entree Dessert
