This casual food for large groups includes material, staff, and utensils. Can you cook paellas, fideuás, whole animal asados, tortillas, lamb or bull stews, giant sandwiches or sardinadas. Local dishes such as marmitako (tuna stew), empedrao (cod stew), fabada (bean stew), bacalao dorado (golden cod), espardenyà (cod stew), gazpacho manchego (cold soup), migas (breadcrumbs), and gachas (porridge) are also prepared. For international options, we offer El Hajj rice or a German barbecue.

This option begins with a selection of cold canapés, including mini puff pastries, Iberian ham with almonds, sheep's milk cheese, assorted mini sandwiches, and shots of salmorejo (a cold soup). Next, hot tapas are served, including Spanish omelette, mini hamburgers, and sobrasada and bacon montaditos with quail eggs. Small pastries round off the meal. Wine is included.
