Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into deep rest while remaining gently aware. Often called “yogic sleep,” it helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support better sleep. In this session, you’ll be guided through body awareness, breath, and visualisation, allowing your body to fully relax and reset. Leave feeling deeply restored, clear, and grounded.

Personalised Yoga Session 90 min
I will develop a yoga session in line with your intention for the day; whether that be Vinyasa Flow to start the day or Yoga Nidra to restore and relax. The 90 minute session also includes meditation and breathwork.
The setting is also bespoke. We can meet in your Airbnb or have a session in a beautiful Chania landmark or area of nature to integrate the destination into the experience.
Yoga mats can be provided.
