Sound Bowl Healing Session

An immersion in sound and meditation with Reiki. We start with a brief breath work practice to still the mind, you’ll lie face up in savasana pose and begin to hear and feel the vibrations of crystal quartz singing bowls, emitting Reiki energy as you relax. This session is for anyone who deals with high stress, scatter brain, busy mind, sleep issues, or just wants to unwind. Falling asleep is very normal and welcomed! ☺️
