The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

The house is great, exactly the same as the photos, easy access location, it has a dirt road but the road is great and less than 10min. The house is amazing! All very clean, organized and brand new. Super comfortable, we felt at home anyway. We have already stayed in several houses on Ilha Comprida, but this one was certainly one of the best!

We only stayed one night but the space is great, there are many kitchen utensils for those who want to stay longer and cook, plenty of space for the car, everything is new and well maintained, nothing was missing. Very quiet place, a peaceful night to sleep, cool, with air conditioning. Anyway, I recommend it!

The house is wonderful. We were in a group of 17 people and it accommodated us well. The house is complete, has a delicious pool and a very complete leisure area. The kitchen is also very complete. Rebeca's hospitality, responding very quickly and resolving all doubts (and look, as the group was large there were several doubts), the caretaker and the housekeeper were also always ready to help with whatever was needed, are points that make you even more comfortable. I loved it. When we return to Iguape, we will definitely return to this house.

Beautiful place of peace well clean organized tranquility has everything a family needs to spend the weekend, Ygor and his father very polite helpful, the access only gets a little complicated due to the signal, but when it arrives has Wi-Fi works very well ( Mr. Ygor passed all the information not to be lost on the way and it was quiet on arrival ) . The place is very comfortable and we take advantage of the pool with natural water without chlorine and the barbecue the place is the same in the photos. Even vegetables and seasonings of the plantation offered us. We only recommend that they take a lot of repellent the farmhouse has enough pets at night the bites are very painful and an unbearable itch as much as we have been repellent the whole crowd was bitten, our luck that Ygor's father took us a repellent that gave us a relieved bites. remote and quiet location, Andressa is super attentive, flexible with schedules and very helpful. Extremely punctual at check-in and check-out times. Zero surprises with the house, it's literally everything in the ad, everything was clean. If I could, I'd stay there another week, very nice place and very nice house.

A nice and quiet place, it was very quiet, great to rest. Cida kindly answered us. It has a charming little chapel (which does not appear in the airbnb photos). Perfect Breakfast, all delicious and made with a lot of whim. Unfortunately on the date we went to the inn was not serving dinner (but it was warned to us as soon as we made the reservation), and we had to go out to dinner at a restaurant 13km away, and as it was raining it was a little tricky to pass the winding road (about 4km of solid ground road with stones) because it had fallen branches on the way. We intend to return again to be able to taste the hostel's food at the next opportunity.

Very pleasant, clean environment, had everything and more. check in and flexible check-out adapted to our circumstances. It was great. I recommend to spend pleasant days with family and friends.
