Perfect locarion for walking to everything in Annapolis! The space is small but comfortable and in a very cool historic neighborhood. Host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

My wife and I stayed at Amy’s place for roughly a week while we moved into NVA. Her place was excellent and at a convenient location - short drive to the metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and I really liked the peace of the woods behind the house. We definitely recommend staying here. Amy and was very proactive with offering assistance and recommendations, the apartment was clean and spacious, nice kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

WOW! My family and I cannot say enough great things about Jeanne's Airbnb already planning our next trip! First off the property is an oasis in itself with a massive deck overlooking the inlets of Chesapeake Bay we woke up every morning to a beautiful blue heron eating breakfast right on the dock, having access to kayaks to explore the waterways was a huge bonus too, not to mention the gazebo with a fire pit we enjoyed roasting marshmallows and talking about the days adventures as a family. The inside of the Airbnb is extremely well thought out with every amenitie that anyone could ever ask for, from a well stocked and equiped kitchen, to the king size master bed with luxurious soft linenes, to the heated fan that greets you after a perfect water pressure shower. Seriously, this place is perfect a hidden gem for sure with easy access to so many wonderful Maryland attractions. Can't say enough great things about this experience and Airbnb can't wait to return!

I can't say enough good things about this property and Dana. The apartment was pristine and adorably decorated with coastal decor. The bedding was beautiful and comfortable. The property itself is just stunning and beautiful, and Dana was incredibly responsive. She provided coffee, bottled water and local treats as well. Chef's kiss. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I hope we have a reason to come back in the future.

Cute and cozy! I felt right at home. Jordan and Danny are very nice folks, the apartment is very well appointed. There is a dock on the property that I should have spent more time on. The bed was a dream to sleep in and I literally overslept my alarm the first day. You will definitely need a car to get around but the apartment is a 3min drive to Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. The neighborhood has a homey feel and the apartment has a homey feel which was my jam. My dog had a little accident but I got some carpet cleaner and let Jordan know and she was very understanding. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Kent Island.

Michaels place was amazing enjoy every minute of it wish I could had stayed longer but I know for a fact when I come back I will be staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Shawn's place. It is located in an absolutely beautiful area with a gorgeous view of the water. The place was beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of places to relax outside with a view of the water. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and watching the sunset each night. Shawn was a lovely host and is a genuine person who wants you to have the best stay!

Pristine house in wonderful location! The kitchen is well stocked and the views from the back porches are marvelous. Thomas was super responsive and extremely helpful. Would love to stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Kimberly’s home, and it was just as magical as we remembered. The views of the water are absolutely stunning—whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, it’s hard to look away. The location is perfect: peaceful but just a short walk to shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the Peloton and treadmill—such a bonus for staying active during our trip. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Already looking forward to our next visit!

It was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was convenient to Annapolis, but in a quiet area and right on the water. It was a peaceful and restful weekend!

Dave's place is beautiful! Sunsets are breathtaking! The place is perfect for 2 or 3 couples. Great restaurants 5 minutes away. We loved The Fisherman's Inn, the food was fabulous, and a great value.

Patrick was deeply kind and helpful to my party. Anytime I had any questions, he was so quick to respond with helpful tips and information. Highly recommend

The location was unbeatable. sipping tea by the water in the morning and watching kayakers and boats sail by, the peaceful sound of the waves and view made every moment magical. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. Our host was responsive and kind. Whether you are looking for romantic getaway, family vacation or place to unplug and recharge, this waterfront home is perfection.

Had a wedding at the Chesapeake yacht club and its location worked great! Beat staying in a noisy hotel. Loved sitting on the dock. Very quiet place to relax. House looks small but that is deceiving. Place has room for everyone to Find their own quite relaxing space.

I really can't say enough about this place! Three colleagues and myself, from different parts of the country, who hadn't seen each other since before COVID , got together and rented this fabulous property!. It is right on the water and while we didn't have great weather, it left us so much time to relax and build a relationship with the Blue Heron's and the Osprey on the dock. Many a morning and afternoon were spent in those four Adirondack chairs on the dock. Had a family cookout with the amazing grill. The home is spacious and beautiful and if you are a cook, you are in luck with chef-quality kitchen aids. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. You really have to see it to believe it. The pictures barely do it justice. Joel was very responsive. For a relaxing elegant vacation this was the BEST!!

My family of 4 had a great stay at Ricky's place. The location couldn't be beat for going to the National Aquarium and Oriole Park. The place was really comfortable and clean. The steep stairs we read about in other reviews were not a problem for us.

Well let me start off by saying this was our second time staying with Gerald as we celebrated a 66th birthday ! Baltimore doesn't owe us anything we had an amazing time ! Our host Gerald recommended the best Italian restaurant and bakery in town which was very helpful the condo was everything as described and more ! If you want to be centrally located to all of Baltimore's attractions this is the place for you ! The area is SAFE and the parking was free and easy , I would recommend this Condo when your travels calls you to Baltimore ! 5 stars all the way thanks Gerald until the next time ! sincerely a satisfied guest 😊

Great host, great location. Walkable to great restaurants as right over the bridge from Main Street Annapolis. The pool is literally right in front of the apartment overlooking the water and the boats going by. The place is not huge but location, location, location.

Sean’s unit is an amazing option for those who love a great place to relax with an amazing view. Sean is a great host and very communicative.

Wonderful location in the heart of Georgetown. The place lacked a living room but this was very clear in the description of the place so all good! Walk out and enjoy Georgetown and DC!

Condo was in a perfect location in North Beach area. Loved walking boardwalk and walked 5+ miles daily. Felt very safe in the area, everyone was so friendly. Mexican restaurant and Baia were fantastic. Very peaceful. Condo definitely worth the money. Host was very responsive and let us check in early and was quick to reply to any text questions. Loved the view!

The host went above and beyond to support and welcome us. Some personal attentions and help securing extra umbrellas were much appreciated! The place was perfect for our needs, beautiful view, super practical with equipment and amenities, as well as access to the charming downtown Annapolis. It being Naval Academy Commissioning Week, we didn't have much time to interact with the host over the platform, who wanted us to check-in and out via texts and share additional info, but since everything went smoothly, we didn't really feel the need either. Commissioning Week prices are pretty high: they reflect the high demand for lodging, so it was fair. Just make sure you don't book that week if you don't have to attend a graduation :) We would gladly come again!
