We offer a large bedroom with a daylight window & queen bed. In your own family room area there is one hide-a-bed, as well as one queen air mattress. There is a non-conforming bedroom with two twin beds which we place on the guest discretion to use. You will have your own full kitchen & bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Seward, NE, near Concordia Univ & only 25 minutes from downtown Lincoln - Memorial Stadium, etc. We have lots of space for you.

Grandma's Guest House at The Good Life Farm

This farmhouse has been in our family since 1930. John's grandfather farmed the land for many years & my mother-in-law was born in this house; it holds many special memories for us. Having lived & worked in Japan for over 40 years, we would like to welcome guests from all backgrounds & nationalities. We encourage families &/or groups to book together. West Fork Acres - A Cozy Cabin By The River

This little cabin sets on 57 acres of grassland which runs along the West Fork of the Big Blue River. Trees and wildlife abound and create a beautiful relaxing area to get away from the routine of everyday life and unwind. This is a one bed room cabin with a large wrap-around deck and a patio table and charcoal grill are great for a picnic. Inside is a spacious living room, full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Large master bedroom has sitting area, queen bed, and a jacuzzi tub.

We live on the property and will share front yard/driveway space. Your dogs are welcome on a leash. Ours will be as well.

Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
