Was a great stay - place was as shown in the pictures, great neighbourhood- quiet and peaceful and close to the main city

Nice flate, we felt like at home. The city center is easily accessible by common transports and Elise is very reactiv and gave us all the answers we needed for a good stay.

The apartment is just gorgeous and has everything you need! The kitchen is very well equipped and ypu can relax in the beautiful living room. It was very nice to meet Alan personally! He showed me the apartment, explained everything and gave lot of local recommendations! :) The apartment is very well located in a beautiful calm area of Edinburgh. There are buses just around the corner, a grocery shop, and you can easily walk to the beach. I loved my time at Alans apartment and highly recommend it!

Great location, a lot of things to do nearby, and close to the main sites of the city

I booked this accommodation as I was attending a concert in murryfield. This was the perfect location and would 100% recommend it. The flat was immaculate, had everything i needed. it's has a home form home feeling and the host. Jan had excellent communication and was so helpful.

Sandys place was absolutely as described. The check in process is simple and sandy was very helpful with any questions we had.

What a great stay! Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and came with images for the step-by-step entry. Easily walkable to wherever we needed to go and close to multiple bus stops for longer journeys out. Very responsive host. Place was very clean and absolutely perfect! We will absolutely stay here again if available the next time we come to the city.

We had a wonderful stay in the accommodation with lovely, clean and spacious rooms. The great location has plenty to offer. Sonia provided lots of information how to discover Edinburgh without using the crowded tourist paths.

The place is walkable distance to great bars and the botanical garden. Close to the bus stop as well that takes you to the royal mile in 15mins. The place has all the listed amenities. You can hear the noise in the hallway and front door banging. I would've liked an airtight door to create some soundproofing. The upstairs neighbor noise wasn't a big problem for me. The place was clean and kitchen was fully stocked!

Stayed for week on a business trip to Edinburgh. The apartment was great for this but equally would've been happy to have stayed here on leisure trip to Edinburgh. Would definitely book again .

Everything about it was beautifully set out, and homely, nice view. We were really pleased that we had found a nice place to stay!

This was my favourite stay on Airbnb so far. Mark was an incredible host, with great communication, clear instructions and generosity with everything (we made full use of the Nespresso machine 😂). The flat itself was beautiful, very nicely decorated. you can tell just from looking at it that a lot of thought and effort went into it, has a lot of personality, and quite clear that mark uses it himself as well. would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't mind the slightly higher price and a few flights of stairs :)

We loved our stay at Emanuele's flat. It was exactly like the pictures and felt very cozy. It felt great to come back and relax after a long day of exploring the city.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Was a good place and close to restaurants and the station. Had come for a conference and was very easy to commute to the international centre. Very reasonable prices as well! We had a good time. Thank you
