Great location, spacius, clean and good service. Great gym, sunny pool and beach area. Very good service from sweet Jelena. The contruction area near by did not disturb us and looked to be finished soon. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay — the apartment was cosy and stylish, with a great view, beach access, a rooftop pool, and a gym. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, plus a shopping mall and the monorail station just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

This was the perfect location - easy to get to the local Mall, into the Palm, walk to West Beach and taxis to Jumeirah and beyond. Handy pool and beach location. Definitely recommend.

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

Thank you so much Khulkar! Wonderful stay, Chulkar is a great host of the apartment! Apartment for 4 people (two adults and two children) - very comfortable. The sea, the beach - I have never seen this before. Very few people, always swimming alone. Sometimes locals come when it's not so hot. But, in any case, this is a huge, immense beach area for recreation. Delicious, unusual food: cheese cake is hot, falafel, interesting Pakistani and Arabic dishes in local cafes. We cooked for the children ourselves, took groceries, although you could buy all the groceries at the great Day to day store, which Khulkar recommended to us! We recommend staying at Khulkar's place for all Russians, especially for families with children! Thank you very much, Chulkar! We wish your children health, family well-being! Stay healthy and wait for us again!

Fahad's place was great.. The room was very big with lots of space to spread out all my stuff! 😂 The view of the beach was beautiful 😁 parking right outside the gate was so convenient. Communication was excellent, very prompt! I was a solo traveler and Mujahid (on-site) made sure I had someone to help me in & out with my heavy luggage, I only wish the elevator would have been working 😏 Although I had a very short stay on my way home from Dubai.. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! Very nice place with wonderful people who operate it! 🙏🏼
