What a lovely surprise this place turned out to be. It was peaceful, beautifully kept, and had such a warm, welcoming energy. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, from the lighting to the kitchen setup. The space was quiet, spacious, and muy cómodo—perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal with family. I appreciated the ease of access, especially with no stairs to worry about. It made our stay that much more comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe, and everything we needed was just a short drive away. The host clearly takes pride in the details, and it shows. And knowing a jacuzzi will be added soon.I already told my daughter: hay que regresar. This is the kind of place you come back to. Five stars, happily.

This place was great. Clean and modern and everything you need. One of the, if not the, best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place was exactly as listed. However, business travelers note, there is not a full sized/comfortable work-station. But Patty, who is very responsive, said she is working on it. I would definitely stay again. Seriously, you will get a lot less for a lot more at other places. If you need to be in New Haven, and you only need a studio, this is the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Philister’s place. The flat is cozy, clean and conveniently located near everything we needed. Philister was a fantastic host, always available to help and flexible with the check-out time, which was important for us. We will definitely think of returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place to stay in Milford. access to the beach, just by street crossing. and nearby Silver Sands State Park and Beach. The apartment has everything that is needed. Tony was always easy to contact. many thanks for the great stay

Very clean. Walking distance to everywhere. Check in and check out instructions are easy. It has parking so that’s a plus. Would go back.

We truly loved staying at Polita's house. The third floor was nice and had everything we needed: an iron, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We slept soundly. We were a group of six attending a three-day JW convention at Total Mortgage. It was a four-minute drive away. It was exactly what we needed. Polita is very polite and kind. She's always willing to help.

Sonia was a fantastic host, she immediately took care of any questions you may have had. She responded to any text quickly. The place was completely clean and in a good area of town. Walking distance to local park. Not a long drive to get gas or go to a store for whatever you may have needed!! 👏😊

Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

Great location. There’s a good and popular restaurant within walking distance. Ubers and Lyfts are just 10 minutes or less from Yale and train station. The apartment has all the amenities you need

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Thanks very much for such a lovely place to stay Sabrina.

Sheber was great to deal with for this stay. She was helpful at check in time, answered questions quickly and was clear in directions. The location is walkable to Yale campus- where we saw a show at the bowl. There a couple restaurants nearby for casual food. Parking was easy. The apartment is cute and kept up nicely. AC units in the windows kept the temperature cool.

This apartment was perfect in every way. It was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated! The location was outstanding - walkable to restaurants and shops. Our host was very responsive to all questions. We’ll be back!

My family enjoyed their short stay at Camilla’s apartment. The apartment was a beautiful place.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was amazing and spacious for five adults. Our experience with Jose’s listing was outstanding, from the cozy bed to the stunning views every morning and the timely response from Jose. It made the family trip a memorable one!

We had a great week staying at cove park apartment. Damien was a great host, the house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We loved being able to walk to Cove Island Park with the kids. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Gabe was a very welcoming host and shared some great local restaurant recommendations—highly recommend checking out Casa Nova on River Road. His two dogs, Molly and Nate, were also incredibly friendly and added a warm, homey touch to the experience. The apartment was spotless and filled with thoughtful notes that made everything easy. A special surprise was the bag of everything needed to make s’mores left for us—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The pool area offered stunning views, and the hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. There’s even a hiking trail accessible right from the property, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to explore—but it’s a great bonus for future visits. This place truly felt like a little piece of heaven. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍
