Wembley is ideally located 10 min from the city and 10 min from Floreat and City Beach, beachside cafes, pubs restaurants. Public transport is easily accessed. Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).
