This newly constructed dwelling features a seperate entrance, huge master bedroom, big walk-through closet, custom tiled shower, stand-alone tub, double quartz vanity, dedicated kitchen area, two 85” UHD TV’s, a Berringer 8ft pool table, professional darrboard & a half-bath in the entertainment area… that’s just the inside! Outside, there is an 8–person hot tub, & many other top-notch ameneties! The couch in the living room also folds out to a king sized bed!

Fir Street is wide with lots of available street parking. The neighbourhood quiet, safe and close to schools, parks and public transport. Cottonwood Park is across the street with a playground, toboggan hill, soccer field and a fenced dog park for free play. Don't be surprised to see a photographer taking wedding or family photo's or a local yoga or karate studio having a class in the park in front of the house. Your private backyard loft view is an open school yard field surrounded by trees.

This is the primary rental suite at the Dragonfly Inn. The loft suite is a fully independent legal suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, heating, bedroom and TV room. The suite has its own heating and cooling systems. The loft suite can comfortably sleep 4 adults. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the TV room. Twin bed's can also be set up for kid(s) instead of the sofa bed (max 200lbs). We also have pack and play for toddlers.
