Holiday rentals with a patio in Shibuya

This was a great place to stay!! The location was good and close to the subway! The bed was just right for us. Thank you for having us. We will come back again.

The apartment was very tidy. EleVen was very helpful with clear communication and directions for checking in. He was there to meet my group and help us settle in.

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment has plenty of space and we liked the two rooms, 2 TVs plus balcony. Divider can provide privacy between bedroom/sitting and kitchen/dining rooms. Location was great for us close to Sensoji and shops and markets. We could easily walk to the river, Asahi headquarters and also Ueno park. Trains to anywhere within 400 to 800 metres. local bars and restaurants all over the place. Host sent excellent recommendations about local area when we booked and followed up just before arrival. Very secure building. Fridge and freezer, washer/drier, microwave and cooker, coffee machine etc plus great trash and recycling system with 3 bins and overflow bin so easy to keep the place tidy over 5 day stay. Also the place looks good, modern and clean and all furniture and bedding very nice. The balcony is a great feature as well. Gives a bright outlook, you can eat or have a drink outside on the chairs and table, and I could see Tokyo Sky Tree as well :-)

Our Stay at Asami's place was very good. It was just the two of us and we found the apartment comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed in the Ebisu are before and highly recommend the location if you're keen to avoid the hustle and bustle while still being close to great restaurants and bars. Thank you Asami :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Ota City. Natsuki was very proactive in providing instructions and communicating with us. Clear helpful instructions were provided on site along with many thoughtful local recommendations. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept very well. Clean and well organized with what we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like having plenty of hangers, toiletries, and a personal welcome left in the kitchen. Overall our stay felt throughout like we were being welcomed to stay at a friend's home, which was delightful.

This was a great place to stay. Extremely close to Golden Gai if you’re interested in easy going drinks in the evening, a ten minute walk to a station if you want to go elsewhere. The room was spotless and very functional. No issues with hot water, WiFi or any other amenities listed. Ken was extremely responsive and friendly, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better host!

지하철역이 정말 가까워서 좋아요. 그리고 집 근처에 편의점, 마트, 식당들이 많아서 편했어요. Chikuzen-ya もつ焼角吉 菊川店 여기 식당이 있어서 그냥 들어가봤는데 정말 최고였어요 여기에 숙박하신다면 꼭 가보세요! 도쿄의 숙소들이 대부분 엄청 좁다는 단점이 있지만 여긴 그에비하면 넓은 편이에요. 다만 침대가 작아서 조금 불편했어요. 화장실도 청결하고 집이 청결해요. 2명이서 4박을 지냈는데 큰수건 2장과 작은수건 2장이 전부라서 수건이 너무 부족했어요. 다행이 세탁기를 사용할수있어서 수건을 세탁해 사용했습니다. 분리수거를 철저히 해달라고 하셨는데 한국과는 조금 달라 헷갈리기는 했어요. 그래도 나름 열심히 했습니다. 처음에 체크인할때 안내해준 키박스가 아닌 다른 키박스에 숙소 키가 들어있어 조금 헤맸어요. 가격이 저렴해서 주요 관광지들과 거리는 조금 있지만 지하철로 충분히 이동가능하여 좋았어요. 다음에 도쿄에간다면 또 갈 의향이 있습니다. 세탁실에서 냄새가 조금 나서 아쉬웠어요. 문을닫아두면 되긴하는데 개선이 필요해보여요. 감사합니다.

This was our first trip to Japan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dans place! The house was exactly as pictured and the directions given were perfect! The home is fully equipped with everything you could need! Having the 3 floors was nice as we traveled as a family of 5 with 2 teenagers, so everyone was able to have their own space. I will say, if having a tv is important to you, there aren’t any in this home, but that was not an issue at all for our family! Dan provided great local recommendations and was very responsive with any questions I had. The house is in a great location for multiple train stations and corner stores. We will definitely reach back out to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

Very good place and nice location. 15 min walking to train station and 10 min walking to subway. Total: 30 min to Shijunku and 50 min to shibuya. Everything clean.

Hibiki's place was really spacious, perfect for our family of 9. It is close to Yahiro train station, it has a 7 Eleven close by. Hibiki was a really nice host, really helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location near two lines made day travel easy by train. Quiet neighborhood. A few close konbini's and markets near by made getting something to eat/drink easy. A few restaurants close by were good. Would stay again!

Feels like home. During our stay, we booked hotels in between for convenience to Disney Resort and Nara. Every time we come back, it feels like going home.

Propre, chaleureux, accueillant et plus encore. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez soi. Il y avait beaucoup d’accommodation comme du café, petit bonbon, bouteille d’eau et autres. On se sent vraiment à la maison. L’hôte est très chaleureux et répond rapidement. Les environs sont remplis d’activités et de beaux restos. Cependant, c’est a 1h de Shibuya et Shinjuku alors si vous comptiez y aller, il faut prévoir le coup.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your place.! Our two families enjoyed the house and location for our first trip to Japan. The photos accurately represent the multi-level house. Very clean. The multi-level house a good size to accommodate our group. It was nice to have amenities like the kitchenware, basement living room, washer/dryer, as well as massage chair after a full day of walking and exploring the city. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood which is nice to unwind from the busy city. It is less than 10min walking distance to the train station, as well as 7-11 and Family Mart where we frequented for our breakfast, dinner, and snack items. Thank you for allowing us to gather as a family under 1 roof while in Japan!

This Airbnb is very clean and quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and very short walk to the JR line. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findet man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof von Shinjuku liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Für europäische Verhältnisse wirkt die Wohnung gerade so ausreichend für 2 Personen und ich würde sie nur für 2-3 Tage in Betracht ziehen. Der größte Vorteil ist die Flexibilität der Lage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine reale japanische Wohnerfahrung mitten in Tokyo. Der Gastgeber hat alles Nötige für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt (inkl. Snacks, Kaffee und Saft!) und war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben zufrieden ausgecheckt und würden die Unterkunft als erstes Ankunftsziel weiterempfehlen!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

This was a perfect spot for us and our 3 teenagers. We could get to the train stations easily, shopping and food choices nearby were abundant, and the host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. I especially appreciated how responsive the host was. We had some questions during our stay about the area and such, and they provided tips and help immediately. We also loved that they had water, juice, and coffee in the fridge for us when we arrived. After a long day of travel, the drinks were very much appreciated. If we were to stay in Shinjuku again, we would definitely stay here.
