This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. On the spacious covered deck, you can enjoy BBQs (authentic American grilling) and gatherings without worrying about the weather (optional, ¥3,000). From the veranda, there is a private view of the river. You can watch the sunrise, read a book, or work remotely while being cradled in a hammock. In the outdoor bath, a starry sky unfolds at night. You can watch Netflix and other streaming services on either the first or second floor. Convenient access to popular tourist destinations such as Nasu, Nikko, and Twin Ring Motegi. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.)
