The owner himself designed the house where he lived for many years, and with the help of craftsmen, he has just completed a full renovation [completed R7/September] using natural materials. He created this place with the idea of a place to weave together memories and stories of family, friends, and lovers, away from everyday life on the hill. There is a small beach right down the hill where you can enjoy fishing and swimming. There are also great places for marine sports, golf, touring, and cycling in the surrounding area.

Surfing points, where international competitions have also been held, are dotted nearby, making it a heavenly place for surfers. There is a wooden deck and garden where you can enjoy coffee time while listening to the birds sing and soaking up the sun. Beer is great to drink while watching the beautiful sunset. Being surrounded by nature near the ocean, you may occasionally encounter seasonal insects outdoors, particularly around lights at night.
