Enjoyed our stay! place was easy to find with big parking space at the front. check in was easy and house is well supplied with amenities.

I stayed well for two days and went back. The convenience store was also close, so it was convenient. If there is only one suggestion, it should be explained that the type of heater cannot be used at the same time at check-in. It's attached to the refrigerator, but I think you can take quicker action if you guide me again.

The room was clean and there was plenty of room for a large number of people to sleep, so it was very easy to spend time.Thank you very much.

I stayed with my grandchildren this time. The room was very tidy, heated by the floor heating, and there was a hanging hot spring, which was very easy to spend time with children.

A spacious quaint house suitable for families. Well equipped kitchen comes with condiments. A combini nearby. There are clear instructions on how to operate the appliances in English. Comfy beds. Best to rent a car to get around.

Excellent place to stay, especially when you have a car to get around. The whole house is very cozy and their bed is one of the best if not the best bed I’ve slept in all hotels and airbnbs (warm and soft). Check in is very easy with flexible time (we arrived at 10pm). The only thing to note is that there is only one bathroom so if you have a big party then showering could take a while. That being said, we still felt fine even though we’re a 7 people party. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful, clean home, the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The house was as per the photos with all the amenities you need to feel at home. We love the space of the property, the beautiful backyard and the hot spring bath. Toshio was really helpful and very quick to respond on any questions we had. Definitely need a car to drive out for food and groceries. Would love to come back if we are in Hokkaido again.

I really recommend it. I stayed one night for a family trip, and it was a regrettably satisfactory accommodation. I was worried that there was one bathroom, but the bath, washroom, and toilet were divided, so it wasn't uncomfortable. As soon as I entered the house, I was surprised that it was warm and I could feel the host's consideration. I could feel the host's attention to detail throughout the house, and every single accessory was cute and thoughtful. They were all very clean, and we felt at home. In particular, the bedding was so light, warm and soft. And the hot spring water in the bath was so nice. The house is old, but the host was well-maintained, so it was clean and there was no discomfort. I can't wait to go back. I really enjoyed my trip.

Great area. Really spacious and the host was extremely helpful. The airbnb was a little on the older side. we saw a lovely family of deer in the back yard too.

朱里's cozy cottage by the road is definitely peaceful and close to the nature. We even spotted a deer right in front! 朱里 is very friendly and responsive. He provided clear instructions to check-in and how to operate the onsen, which is super relaxing after a long-day road trip. The cottage is very spacious for a family of five. Thanks 朱里 for hosting us. Highly recommended!

Cloud 9 was a perfect Ski house for our group of eight. Plenty of room and well stocked amenities. An easy 5 min walk over Rusutsu resort for lift access and an amazing onsen. Young has to be one of the top hosts I’ve ever worked with. He is very responsive and provides information and access to local restaurants and activities. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, but we already had shuttle arrangements. Will definitely use him next time we stay at Cloud9.
