The bedroom is a Japanese-style room with a futon on the tatami mats, and the living and dining room is a Western-style room, making it a fusion of Japanese and Western styles. The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, cookware, dishes, a microwave, an electric pot, and a fridge. It has a drum-type washing machine with a drying function, so it is convenient for long-term stays. It is on the second floor of a three-story building, and you will use the entire floor. There is also a desk that can be used for remote work and studying. There is a projector, so you can enjoy YouTube and movies on a big screen. It is very convenient because you can go to a large supermarket, drug store, fast food store, 100-yen store, post office, and money exchange shop in 1-2 minutes on foot. You can get to Urawa Misono Station, Saitama Stadium, Meijiro University, and Higashi-Chikagaguchi Station on a single bus ride. Omiya Station and Kasukabe Station are also 10 minutes away by train, providing good access to the Saitama Super Arena, Kawagoe, Railway Museum, Tobu Zoo, Skytree, and Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Ueno. Iwatsuki is an old castle town, and the historic townscape is elegant. It is also famous as the doll town that was the setting of the manga, "That doll can change her clothes and falls in love".
