Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

Settlers Cottage has the appearance of an old farm shed on the outside, but inside you will find a quaint, quirky country cottage. Designed with families in mind, Settlers offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with both a queen and single bunk beds. Suitable for children and adults together. Pets are very welcome; however, Settlers does not have an enclosed yard, so guests are asked to watch their dogs carefully, and to place them on a lead when other guests are around.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins York is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.
