Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

I really enjoyed the place, first of all because of its tidiness and the fact that everything is within walking distance. Tik was also very kind and responsive—it never took her more than 20 minutes to reply to my messages. She’s an amazing host. Highly recommend!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was so ideal to reach anywhere you’d like to go in Chang Mai, and the surrounding shops and food spots were also amazing. The apartment itself was spotless, and incredibly relaxing to stay in. The host made sure everything we would need for our stay was available, and the instructions were made very clear. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the facilities you could need. We definitely would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Chang Mai.

I stayed for about 3 weeks and am satisfied overall. You can walk to the entrance of Namanhyeon in 10 minutes, and you can walk to Maya Mall in 15 minutes. The location was quite good, as you can walk to the center of Old Town in 30 minutes while looking around the neighborhood. And the room was as clean and beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was an open kitchen, and I never used it because I ate out, but it was well equipped with cooking utensils. And since it was a relatively high floor, the view was good, and the sunlight came in well when I woke up every morning, so I felt good. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had a filter, so the water was relatively clean. Soundproofing was not noisy because I was dull. However, I asked about the swimming pool before entering the room, but when I entered the room, the swimming pool was under construction, so I couldn't use it. It would have been nice if you had informed us in advance that the swimming pool was under construction, but I don't think the host knew because he didn't live here. If the presence of a swimming pool is important to you, it is recommended to check in advance. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I'll stay at this place.

It's an adorable room with all facilities you can imagine. I love the design and interior decoration of the room. Only one pain point is airplane noise but not frequently so I can totally bear with that.

This was a peaceful retreat for me between two volunteer projects. The space is quiet and clean and was the perfect place for me to work on next book. I loved the pool!

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

Apartment in the heart of the Nimman area. A huge number of restaurants and several 7-Elevens just a few minutes' walk away. Despite that, the street itself was quite quiet. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous balcony.

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Thanks to Host Ami, as our flight arrived early in the morning, before check-in time, Ami gave us early check-in after explaining the situation, and also provided luggage storage service on the day we left Chiang Mai, a very good living experience.
