Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo was just amazing. This condo was a much better stay then most hotels. Thanks Supinda for being such a great host.

We had a great time at the Apartment Our host was very responsive and accommodating. He did everything he could to make a pleasant stay for us. On the other hand, we had to buy a fan. I think it would really be a plus if there is one provided in the apartment for those who don't like air conditioning Only downside on the hotel, we do not have access to the gym. and the staff come to ask us each time if we are part of the hotel. A scooter is a must to move around. direct access to the beach and very nice swimming pool. In short, we had a lovely time, we will come back to this apartment without a problem

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. It’s super quiet and peaceful. And the view out of the window everyday is amazing. Just hills and greens. Was pleasant to wake up to and just chill the whole day being home. Love the design of the place. It’s very accessible and well thought out. Love the bathtub that had a jacuzzi function as well. The facilities are amazing. Infinity pool on the rooftop is a great place to catch the sunset with a view of the ocean. It’s right beside the expressway so not really walkable to anywhere. But we can always call grab which is affordable. They do provide a shuttle van to the nearby malls too in the condo. Nice place if you want some peace and quiet to rejuvenate and rest. The windows are air tight and sound proof too. Not much disturbance. Made me wanna consider moving there to live. It’s a lovely place to call home. :) it’s near Koh Loi pier. A little cute island for a nice walk and also to take a ferry to Koh Si Chang for a day trip.

Very clean, tidy and well looked after apartment, very quiet and cosy, felt right at home. Super responsive with messages and super easy to check in and out. Very great service with bathroom towels and products also with kitchen amenities and products, water and condiments. Definitely recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Pattaya-City, great priced stay and awesome location. Big thanks to Dan for having us. Will definitely be back.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .
