Holiday rentals with a patio in Sibulan

We had difficulty finding the place. I went to two different locations. Finally when I contacted Airbnb, the host came to pick me up. From there, things went well. The room is very clean. We had nice breakfast every morning. Our last day, the host dropped us at the airport, what was nice. I will recommend this place but the host needs to redefine the address so people can find it easily on google maps.

I would say actions speak louder than words! I stayed here before, and chose this place to stay again. I left a review before with cons and pros. I would stay here again.

The place was clean and in a great location near the city center. The host was very responsive, and the staff on-site were accommodating and easy to talk to. Overall a smooth and pleasant stay.

We stayed only for a few days, but the place felt like home; it was very comfy! Though the place is near the road the bedroom windows face the courtyard so it is quiet at night. Darlene was always ready to help :)

The place is new and near the plaza. Nice and comfy place to stay in. Will definitly be back.

First of all, kudos to Dima as she’s very responsive, replies right away to questions and gives clear instructions. The place is very cozy, she has everything we need for a very short stay in her place, plus points for the smart TV and fast internet (i am also a VA so was able to work there smoothly). Everything’s squeaky clean ❣️ I would definitely recommend the place esp if you’re traveling with kids 🫶🏼

100% recommend staying here, the location is absolutley stunning, the house had everything we could have needed, including a lovely coffee machine (I like my coffee) and was super clean! The host was extremely helpful and friendly, suggesting things to do nearby like swimming with the whale sharks! It's the perfect spot for relaxing in nature without being too far from tourist attractions and night life. Will definitely be coming back! 😁👍🏻

A fantastic stay for my family (3 adolescents and their parents). Caretaker Gavino is really super (friendly, attentive, proactive, excellent communicator, and a great local resource). Beautiful house with its own private ocean access (Cebu Straight). Very clean, very inviting, very comfortable. We swam off from the stairs and saw blue starfish, huge black sea urchins, sea turtles, fish, coral, etc! The whale sharks are literally right next door and Gavino comfortably assists with and guides the whole process as there are several steps (4am tickets, paying cashier, awaiting boat, etc) and many tourists. Tumalog Falls and the Macaque monkeys are both very close by and totally great visits that we enjoyed immensely (swimming in the cool pool at the waterfall and buying banana to feed the loose monkeys). Food/ATM/restaurants are all walkable (<10 min). A very big thank you for Gavino's attention and Jeff's amazing location!

Athena is responsive to my queries and gave clear instructions & directions. The place is clean, sturdy furnitures and well ventilated. I like that it’s near the beach.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

10/10. The place is very big and modern. (the house, parking area, rooms, living areas, etc) The host greeted us in person on our first day and was very responsive and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is near the town, I remember driving late at night and it only took around 3-5 minutes to 7eleven. We will come back soon. 🙌

Very clean and nice place, easy to check in.

Host is very responsive and accommodating. The place is complete with the amenities we needed for a few days’ stay. The only issue we encountered was when we were looking for the unit because the guard of the subdivision doesn’t know the location of the unit. But after some circling around, we eventually found the unit which was actually very near to the gate/guardhouse. Grab tryke sometimes does not respond to bookings unlike in the city proper but there are still regular tricycle that you can fetch outside the subdivision. Overall, we had a great stay. We were actually planning to extend but we had to go home immediately due to the rises cases of MPOX.
