Holiday rentals with a patio in Sidi Bou Said

Raied's apartment was a great 1st Airbnb experience, I have invited 3 guests, had a BBQ and we had a wonderful time in the spacious balcony, I highly recommend raied's apartment for your next La Marsa stay.

Super freundlich, gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit Details auf das kleine, bei der Ankunft zum sich willkommen zu fühlen. Alles vorhanden von Tag 1, Gegend zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. Strand ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Jederzeit wieder 😊

During my three nights here, I had an amazing experience. The flat was completely occupied, spotless and functional, with all the appliances in the kitchen and other areas functioning properly.

Je vous recommande sans hésiter l’appartement de Souhaib. L’appartement est plutôt bien situé surtout si vous aimez vous balader et rentrer un peu plus au calme. Tout correspond parfaitement. Souhaib est un hôte proactif, réactif et très sympa.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

We had a warm welcome from Mohamed Amine, who was very kind. The apartment was perfect—clean, with beautiful yet simple decor. It also had all the necessary dishes for cooking. It’s a very peaceful and safe area. The grocery store was about a 4-minute walk away, with a bakery right next to it. The surrounding area has nice tea spots and cafés. We recommend “Hillside”, as it is close to the apartment, and “Go Sushi”, which is a bit farther away, but they deliver through their website. We will definitely go back there.

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Youssef. Il est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et pas avide de conseils. L‘appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Nous avions à dispostion tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le quartier est calme (à l‘exception de quelques chiens errants, qui parfoit font un peu de bruit), on y vit agréablement. A recommander!

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

heel fijn verblijf gehad in de prachtige airbnb in La Marsa. Heel ruim, en vlakbij het strand. Onze 5-jarige dochter vond de schildpadden subliem. Moncef ging above and beyond om ons een fijn verblijf te geven. ik had op voorhand gevraagd of hij enkele strandspeeltjes kon klaarleggen en er lag een volledig setje klaar, zo fijn!!! Dankjewel 🙏🤗, wij komen zeker terug.

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Les nombreux équipements sont un vrai plus (machines à laver, fer à repasser, internet rapide iptv. Etc etc… Merci à Zeineb pour sa souplesse!!

Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, belle vue, et les rues adjacentes avec bars et restaurants; très convivial. Je recommande.

Excellent séjour

The best part of our holiday was definitely that our house was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the airport, markets, shopping malls or various food places. We could spend time walking. Our host's father was a very friendly person, I would like to thank him again from here. He helped us a lot when we were trying to find the house. Basic materials, everything we needed was available. I left a house with very nice memories behind from my vacation.

I am someone who knows Tunisia in and out, and getting a reliable place with an honest host is not easy. It has been an amazing journey and Aymen has been a fantastic host, very accommodating, super responsive and just a perfect host - easy going, honest, and helpful. What else would you need ? The apartment is very nice and as the pictures.

Monsieur Haouas m’a envoyé un chauffeur à l’aéroport pour me récupérer comme convenu à l’aéroport. la personne en charge de me récupérer m’a installée, fait visiter l’appartement m’a donné les informations nécessaires. Il m’a indiqué les lieux où je pouvais dîner faire mes courses . l’appartement possède un balcon avec une vue superbe. Je recommande fortement.
