Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Secured access and garage. The location is great specially in proximity to key iconic Masjid and short drive from the old city. Even though the neighborhood is a bit older building but you are close to the old city of Casablanca with its old souk and traditional shops and restaurants but not too far from some good places to eat as well. One thing I would have wished is more open view of the city from the unit but that didn’t impact our stay. We were greeted at check-in by Ahmad and Omar who lives at the building and provide help to tenants in general.

Le logement se trouve en plein centre-ville de Casablanca en bordure de mer dans une zone hyper sécurisée, et il est idéalement placé : Très proche du Menara Mall et la mosquée Hassan 2, proche de la Médina et de la station Casa Port qui vous amène à l'aéroport. Vous avez aussi un parking gratuit dans la résidence. Comment faire mieux ?! Il nous a donné envie de revenir car il a donné l'impression d'être comme à la maison avec une décoration très moderne/chic. La cuisine possède l'essentiel, mais est un peu en retrait par rapport au reste de l'appartement (pour ceux qui comptent cuisiner...). Le point fort de l'appartement étant la vue sur la mer qui est à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse du salon... Mais aussi à chaque terrasse de chaque chambre ! Oui oui oui ! Mamoun est très réactif et disponible durant toute la durée du séjour. Son objectif étant que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible. Logement recommandé et je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Casablanca !

This apartment is a luxury. Located in a brand new building, it is spacious, comfortable and very beautiful. The design is impeccable, it is fully equipped, it lacks no detail. It is decorated with great taste. Quality bedding and towels, spacious closets, spacious rooms and brand new equipment. The terrace is an oasis, spacious, intimate and full of plants. And the best, the treatment of Boutaïna and her family: friendly and always available to help. It has no noise, ideal for resting. The roof terrace with sea views is spectacular. There are places to eat less than a 3-minute walk away and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Good wifi connection. It has an excellent price-quality ratio. A perfect place for a stay at any time of the year in Tamaris, lovely place for a relaxing stay and contact with local life. We will love to repeat. Thanks for the hospitality.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la mer et proche de toutes les commodités. La résidence est calme et sécurisée, et il est très facile de se garer en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cette location et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Very nice residence with plenty of pools overlooking the sea/beach, the security staff are nice and polite, beach promenade just outside, the apartment is as per the photos, very clean and everything that we needed in the kitchen was there. Abdelhak is responsive and very supportive for any questions, we’ll stay much longer next time.

Très beau séjour pour moi et ma famille. Rien à dire si ce n'est que l'ascenseur n'accepte que 3 personne pour monter au 7. Dans l'ensemble très belle vu et appartement moderne. Merci

Un séjour parfait à Casablanca ! La villa était impeccable, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé, proche des principaux sites et commerces. Les lits étaient confortables, et l’espace de vie très lumineux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

L’hôte est réactif et disponible et très accueillant. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Très bonne adresse pour passer un moment convivial et paisible entre amis ou grande famille. L’accès à la plage est facile et on peut nager à quelques mètres à côté. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un court ou long séjour.

Merci Imane pour ce logement agréable. Le salon est vraiment le point fort avec son îlot centrale. l'appartement et lumineux. et il ya la climatisation dans chaque pièce. De plus la cuisine est équipée de tous les produit nécessaire lessive, pastille lave vaisselle, produit menager aspirateur etc.. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Absolutely incredible stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the view was just stunning, even better than the pictures. What truly made the experience exceptional was Fayza. She went above and beyond in every way. I mentioned I needed a hair dryer, and Fayza delivered one in under 30 minutes, I was honestly amazed. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided detailed, thoughtful instructions that made finding the place, parking safely, and settling in so easy and stress-free. Fayza even took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was okay after I arrived, that kind of care is rare and so appreciated. I felt completely comfortable, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly well-hosted stay. Great apartment and great host. He was always contactable if anything arose. There is a pool and loungers which are out of view of the road and the public which was very nice. There is also a shop in the residence which was very handy and open late. However, any woman should be careful walking alone at night in this area.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. and the host was friendly and helpful. Everything was just as described in the listing, and the stay was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.
