we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean apartment and totally matched the photos shown. Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Rojhat was very kind and welcomed us even though we arrived very late at night. Everything was great. We'll be back

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Close to everything, very available host

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

Aksel Bey's house is just as it appears in the photos. The 2+1 house has everything you can need. Very comfortable apartment with smart home system, underfloor heating. Mr. Aksel is very kind and easy to communicate with. If you need to stay around Maslak, you can opt blindfolded.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Had a fantastic stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location too - T1 tram station, 5 minutes on funicular to Taksim square. Highly recommend!

Everything about Efkan’s place was perfect. It was a beautiful flat in a wonderful location; the views from the rooftop terraces were spectacular. Efkan could not have been more helpful in welcoming us upon arrival and assisting us throughout our stay - he regularly contacted us to check that everything was okay and gave us some excellent restaurant and cafe recommendations. On one occasion we requested an additional tea towel - a brand new tea towel was delivered to the door within ten minutes! Check in and check out were amazingly smooth. All in all, Efkan’s place is a terrific home in which to relax and from which to explore the magic of Istanbul.

What a nice place. The penthouse was really spacious and had such a great view. The kitchen is nice. I wouldn't want to cook a major meal but for small things it's perfect. Think bachelor Kitchen. Location is nice. Walking is super easy to so many things. Just know that this is city with some pretty major elevation changes. Uber is super easy to utilize. Lastly the staff here is very nice and so accommodating. They were happy to help with everything and also kept the cost down. Something I don't find so often these days. I would return.

The house located near Akbati Mall is in an excellent location and well-equipped. Mr. Fares' treatment was exceptionally respectful and warm. I greatly appreciate the transparency and honesty in all dealings, which truly distinguishes a great host. It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. If you’re looking for the perfect Istanbul experience, this apartment is it. Just a 2-minute walk from Galata Tower, the location couldn’t be better. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had that authentic Istanbul charm. What made our stay even better were the cute little coffee shops nearby . Don’t miss the hidden antique bookstore tucked into a side street nearby—it’s magical. And if you follow the alley behind the tower, you’ll find a tiny rooftop terrace bar with stunning views of the Bosphorus. Not many tourists know about it. We’ll definitely be back!
