It is the oldest villa in Preila with preserved residential and farm buildings and spacious yard, one of the first representative buildings which started tourism in the area. It belonged to Frederick Labrenz, the elder of the fishing village.

There is king size bed in a private bedroom. In a living-room there is a corner-sofa and 2 armchairs which unfold into beds. We provide linen and towels for our guests. All necessary dishes in the kitchen. Just in front of the cottage there is a meadow where you can have your own barbecue
