Holiday rentals with a patio in Silveira

This is truly a gem of an Airbnb. The view from the front door is breathtaking. The kitchen is very functional, the living space is very spacious, and it's right up a hill from a trail that goes along the cliffside next to the Lizandro river to the sea. you can walk to the Sao Julio beach in ~35 minutes on this beautiful trail. the adjacent town of Ericiera is excellent, plenty of good restaurants. the bathroom looks a little strange on the listing but was extremely functional! it had great water pressure and a large hot water tank. The only issue was it is a little noisy on the weekends, but it's quite tolerable.

Очень приятные апартаменты, чистые, везде ароматно пахнет. Чудесный вид на океан. Мягкий матрас и подушки. Спать было приятно и комфортно. Мы заселились в 16 часов, успели посетить бассейн и позагорать. Вода чистая, бассейн немного подогревается. В душе есть всё необходимое, полотенца белоснежные. Ездили с ребенком, для него был готов и застелен диван. Очень всё понравилось.

Joana’s home is the perfect location to explore Lisbon. It is very close to a lot of shopping and tourist attractions. There are tons of restaurants options available within close proximity. I would love to stay in Joana’s home again when I come back to Lisbon.

Artur was an incredible host and we loved our stay at his beautiful home! He went above and beyond to provide recommendations, flexible check in and luggage storage options, and a thoughtful welcome gift for our group. Him and his family were proactive and responsive in communicating, which made our stay a breeze. The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright, large, and great for a group (especially with its beautiful patio). The location was convenient and walkable to many of the tourist sites, and accessible via metro and tram as well. I highly recommend Artur’s home for anyone hoping to explore Lisbon!

A restful place to stay while exploring the Sintra area. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very pleasant. Easy parking outside, short drive to tourist attractions and beaches. Recommended.

Je recommande cet appartement pour ceux et celles qui cherchent une auberge dans un très beau quartier pas bruyant. Proche du centre, à 5-6 euros en taxi) L’appartement est conforme à la description. Propre et soigné. Une belle terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière et le quartier. Nous avons tout apprécié, pas de bémol, donc à recommander.

Located in an old city area very close to the #18 Tram stop, city bus stop, restaurants, pastry shop and market. City street parking is free and we always found a spot within 100m. We felt like locals while walking the neighborhood. One note - google maps puts you at the intersection but the yellow apartment building was not apparent. I emailed the host and she greeted me from a second story window.

This was probably one of the best Airbnbs and services I have experienced. Claudia is not only lovely, but has been so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we had an incident where my son broke something. We were very sorry about this, but they were gracious and kind about it. It's just one of the most peaceful and nicest places to stay. The pool and roof terrace were amazing, especially in the heat of the day. Everything was clean, brand new, and simply so comfortable—we couldn't recommend this place more. We certainly will be back or book it for family and friends visiting Lisbon. The area is more local, traditional and less crowded than the rest of Lisbon. Very accessible and peaceful. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat ein tolles Bad. Wir hatten ein Ameisen-Decken Problem, dies wurde aber schnellstmöglich behoben. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

The villa was exactly how it looked like in the pictures, which made us very happy! The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find and the area felt safe. I would reccommend this villa for 6-8 people since the 5th bedroom was underground and I myself would have not wanted to stay in that bedroom. I reccommend having your own car like we did, for driving easily to nearby villages, since the villa is quite far from everything. We liked the area, but there is not much nearby.

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Tout était parfait! La villa est magnifique, le coin est tranquille, la maison était ultra propre. Un séjour parfait, je recommande fortement cette villa.

Sehr schönes neu renoviertes, stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in der Altstadt von Peniche, in der alles vorhanden war, was man für einen auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Very well designed place .. it’s a very quiet and private newly renovated house .. someone put a lot of thought into the architecture and design of every detail .. agent was very easy to communicate with .. everything was perfect

The house is situated in an elevated position with great views of the sea and town, set in a large natural garden which you enter through electric gates. There is plenty of space to park your car and you can leave the surfboard on the roof rack confident that nobody can steal it. The house itself is beautifully renovated. Every aspect of it displays good taste. It is well-equipped and everything works perfectly. The location could not be better. A ten-minute walk takes you down through the old town with its many excellent eating places, to the town beach and promenade. The host, Anna, is charming and helpful. In short, we cannot recommend this place too strongly. It is one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

Our family of 4 spent one week here and what a great experience. This was a last minute reservation and we were still surprised with a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. The place was clean and stylish and is located in a safe, upscale neighborhood within walkable distance to beaches, city central, and many restaurants. We arrived later than planned and the host greeted us with a smile and great recommendations on how to spend our first trip to Ericeria! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to make meals at home and I loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer onsite and a nice pool to relax in after a long day surfing. Throughout our stay hosts were periodically check in to see if they could do anything for us and upon leaving treated us to local desserts. The only thing we regret is not spending more time there- a week was not nearly long enough!

Einfach top! Super schöne Wohnung, stilvolle Einrichtung, tolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr kümmert und bemüht, astrein sauber, wow-Effekt beim Ankommen, Umgebung zu Fuß gut zu erkunden. Wir haben uns v.a. mit unserem 11 Monate alten Baby total wohlgefühlt, weil es so sauber und kindgerecht war. Pool ist schön zum schwimmen. Eindeutige Empfehlung!!

This is a lovely well equipped 2 bed apartment in the Bairro do Rosario suburb of Cascais. Communication with the host was excellent and the garden and pool area are a real bonus. It is a 15 min walk to de Inferno and a good 35 min walk into the centre of Cascais. However there are bus stops close by to the apartment which have regular timetables. There are a number of lovely restaurants close by at Casa de Guia, and the Ophelia cafe on the next street is lovely for breakfast whilst the sacolinha bakery at the end of the street is excellent. The small supermarket at the end of the street is good for small amounts, the large Pingo Doce 5 mins walk away has a much larger selection. A very relaxing stay

Great host and apartment! The location is good and there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around the area. Will definitely come back again in our next visit in Lisbon.

The place is spacious and beautiful and the garden/patio simply stunning! It had all the amenities we needed and has a great location: We could walk to the very nice beach near by (with great surf schools) and the neighbourhood is residential and pretty quiet (except for barking dogs once in a while) ☺️ We can truly recommend this place and would love to come back another time!

We booked Hailey’s apartment at the very last minute and she was extremely responsive and gracious in letting us stay. The apartment is HUGE, very well kept and was super clean. Very comfy couch and beds. It is a bit of a walk from the town centre with some quite steep hills but that wasn’t a problem for us and we enjoyed the peace of the surrounds. We would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Ericeira.
