Arriving is already an experience: a short trail (100m) takes you to this paradise with a private hot tub, sauna and deck. If you feel like a dip, the Alambari River is right there! Located on top of a mountain with a 360-degree view, including the peak of Agulhas Negras, the house offers total comfort and privacy for moments of relaxation next to untouched nature, with access to the property's waterfall and a semi-wet wood-burning sauna with a surprising view.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
