Everything in this house has also been completely renovated (including the interior and exterior walls). The completely renovated garden is fenced and 100% enclosed. Freie Fahrt bis in das Gebiet des Campus West/Melaten oder bis in die Aachener Soers (CHIO) nur rund 10 Minuten werden benötigt! Snowworld + Pinkpop ist rund 3 Km entfernt, es fährt ein Buss alle 30 Minuten dorthin, die Fahrzeit beträgt 15 Minuten, mit dem Pkw oder Rad ist man in etwa 5 Minuten dort. Die Bushaltestelle liegt etwa 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt in der Schoolstraat.

Within walking distance is the cozy village of Simpelveld. We have furnished the vacation home with love and equipped it with every comfort. The decor is warm and cozy, and you will certainly feel at home. You can park your car for free right in front of the cottage and enjoy your vacation.

The cottage is located in the middle of the hills of South Limburg. A beautiful quiet place to enjoy the beautiful scenery from there. The hiking trails run right through the park, and those who like a challenge can ride a mountain bike or racing bike. At the cottage, there is always a sunny or shady spot to be found. Every season, nature is beautiful. Inside, it is cozy, homey and comfortable with warm modern furniture and colors. Cities such as Aachen and Maastricht are also nearby.
