Family-friendly holiday rentals in Simpson Bay Beach

Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Un super séjour chez Florence et Nicole, très sympathiques, très accueillantes, réactives et proactives également. Joli duplex, le spa sur la terrasse est un gros plus. Rien à redire, à ne pas hésiter.

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . My wife and I spent a week at Colibri villa, and it was wonderful. I tend to rise very early, so the separate kitchen side insured my not making too much too much noise to allow her dome sleep. We loved the outdoor covered dining area, the outdoor shower, and the hot tub. Being a 10 minute walk to Orient village, and the beach was exactly as we needed to rest and relax. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this villa.

My wife and I celebrated our 7th anniversary here. The staff was warm and responsive to our needs and made the effort to ensure we were comfortable. They left personalized card on the day of our anniversary and complementary pastries and champagne for us to enjoy. Our room was a 2 minute walk from the pristine Meads Bay. There was also a nice selection of restaurants right along the beach. Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent séjour chez Sylvie , très bien accueillis. Des hôtes discrets et très sympathiques avec le petit plus pour nous , blue et june ! Très bonne communication , logement parfait pour nous deux , propre , tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. Petit déj en terrasse tous les jours , au frais , quel bonheur malgré beaucoup de passages à cet endroit. Merci !

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

Le logement était impeccable, propre, joli, fonctionnel, bien placé. La petit terrasse extérieur est super, facile d’accès vers la plage, la piscine et le chemin au bord de l’étang pour se promener. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Geweldige airbnb, met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Was heerlijk wakker worden. Je hebt een gedeeld zwembad, maar we hebben de gehele vakantie alleen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Fijne omgeving je voelt je veilig en hebt eetplekken en een kleine supermarkt op 3 min loopafstand. We komen hier zeker terug.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Villa Marine is an amazing rental with gorgeous views. We immensely enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house with many different sitting areas. The pool was perfect to take a break from the heat; kayaking to Petit Clef and the sand bar for exploring and seeing sea turtles and manta rays was the best. Thank you!

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It's an amazing location, with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. The room has everything you need with a very responsive/helpful host! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay on the French side and Saint Martin in general.

This place was even better than expected! Very modern/updated room with king bed and full kitchen/bath. The kitchen was stocked with essential cooking materials and everything was so clean and organized. The grounds were amazing. Right on a large sandy beach with many chairs and umbrellas readily available for the day. As many fresh towels as you’d like. The pool was right around the corner with two large hot tubs which were nice when we got caught out in a passing rain shower. There were grills available for use and a nice fire pit. Easy free parking on site. Quick walk to multiple restaurants and even a little market across the street for essentials. The only draw backs were the time share fee which you just need to be aware of and the fact that this unit is not ocean view, but otherwise a wonderful spot for an island getaway.

Wonderful stay in Saint Martin. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay even snacks, water, and drinks at arrival. Easy walk to the small grocery store, restaurants, and beach. The air conditioning worked very well. We were very happy with our stay. The French cuisine was amazing near by.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement: très tranquille et semi -privé, puisqu’il y a des locataires dans les autres condos. Cela nous a permis de connaître davantage la région! Le logement est confortable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les climatisateurs dans les chambres fonctionnent très bien, la cuisine offrait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (nous y avons pris presque tous nos repas), et Isabelle a même acheté un mélangeur pour nous, le coin-salon est confortable et la terrasse est très grande. La piscine est un gros boni pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Il y a aussi une petite bibliothèque où l’on peut emprunter des livres (la majorité en français). Le village est vraiment paisible, tout est situé à distance de marche: boulangerie, 5 minutes; plage Coralita, 8 minutes; plage Dawning, 15-20 minutes et plusieurs collines; quatre restaurants, 5 minutes de marche. Les supermarchés sont à 10-15 minutes en voiture (Carrefour, Super U). Nous serions heureux d’y retourner!

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!
