Apartment holiday rentals in Sinaloa

We had a great time here! All was good from water pressure+heat, to location, and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and Centro.

100% recommended, Xochil and his son Luis Angel are very friendly and were always attentive to us. Her property is very beautiful and with a spectacular view of the Mazatlan seawall. We'll definitely stay right there every time we return to Mazatlan.

The clear instructions but the maps failed us. Other than that, the stay at the accommodation was very good. Clean, tidy and with everything you need for an excellent stay. Sergio responded quickly whenever he was contacted. Thank you.

The view was incredible, right by the ocean. Every morning, I had an awesome run along the beach. The surroundings were stunning, and the host was very responsive.

We had a great stay in Mazatlán! The apartment was very clean with an amazing view. The rooftop pool was also a great place to get all day sun. We were minutes from incredible restaurants and bars, most of them having a live music. We’ll be back soon!

The place has a good location, close to many places, very good communication from the host, truly recommended.

Excellent stay. The apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds, everything works great. The apartment is very comfortable. The only bad thing is that the pool is very cold because it does not have heating and the sun does not hit anything but that is the fault of the design of the building not of the apartment, in general it is difficult to find in Mazatlán pools with heating.

Excellent place to be in Mazatlan, it is very close and practically the midpoint of the esplanade. Lidia is an excellent hostess, always attentive to any situation. Highly recommended

Elena’s Space is TO DIE FOR! 🤩 You can’t photograph or put into words the view from the balcony, there is plenty of space and room for your whole family and the service and responsiveness is TOP TIER! 🙌🏼 If you are staying in Mazatlan and want a beautiful view, pool, and space to enjoy the newer side of Mazatlan, Sinaloa; THIS SPOT IS A NO BRAINER! I will DEFINITELY be coming back…. SOON!

A spectacular place! It was shiny, it matched the description. They were always looking out for us. We were super agusto and it was a super pleasant experience. I highly recommend it!

This is our 2nd year staying in an apartment of Walden's. Great to see Octavio & Pepe again! Location is perfect, on a residential street, up a hill in Centro. Easy walking to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, shops, art galleries, beaches, the market, pharmacies. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a beautiful kitchen, clean bathrooms, 3 balconies and a comfy living room. The beds were good quality and closets were great to hold our stuff comfortably. We very much enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city and ocean as well as the rooftop. My husband and I worked online while we were there and the internet connection was strong and reliable. Dad traveled with us the first two weeks and he also enjoyed the place and it's amenities. There are barking dogs, crowing roosters and construction sounds and other humans having a good time, but bienvenidos a Mexico. The provided white noise machine was handy. Entirely possible we will book this place next year!

Excellent place, quite spacious, more than we thought, the seawall is very close and in general the accommodation is in a very central point, everything is close to you. Everything was very clean and tidy, they didn't feel like leaving the apartment because you were comfortable inside, in general everything was very good. We would definitely wash it again, they are the plans in the future.
