Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and some lovely cafés. The surroundings are quiet and scenic, making it ideal for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

Apartment good for India! It is old but clean and located within easy walk to restaurants and shops. Around 20mins walk to beach.

We stayed at an Airbnb Casa Sqeria, Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived early, around 10:00 AM. Initially, we just planned to leave our luggage and explore the area, but the caretaker, Shubham and Joel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged a temporary room for us to freshen up and rest, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We were also given bottled water. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had a warm, homely vibe. There were friendly dogs on the premises, as well as some fishes and turtles, which added a charming and lively touch to the stay. On the terrace, there was a small but cozy swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip and relaxation. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality truly stood out.

I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

I really enjoyed my time at Siolim at Sachin’s place. The apartment complex is in a nice and secluded area and is safe for solo women travellers. My aim was to work from home and just enjoy some alone time and it turned out perfectly. Best part is that there are such good restaurants nearby and almost all home delivery services are available. Sachin’s place has everything inside from washing machine to all the cooking equipments. Only thing that bothered me a bit was the smell of dish washing soap. If you switch it to a lime based soap then everything would be perfect. Thanks Sachin and Anshu.

It was mostly raining the first 3 days of our stay but Merlin's home felt right at home. The greenery outside our room, the way to the bongo shack, the food, the pool and the beach front access truly made our stay worth the 13 hour bus ride. You feel like you already know the people around this place for a long time because of how friendly everyone was. We rented a 2 wheeler to go around. MUST! We availed the tour recommended by Merlin and everything was just smooth. You have a lovely home Merlin but what made this trip beyond amazing was your thoughtfulness. Thank you. Over all best place ever peaceful area just lots of things to do their they have all amenities that a perfect apartment has good furniture good ambiance I will plan to come there soon

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Savio and Lucy’s well-maintained home in Goa. Everything was just as described, and the added cleaning service every other day made things even more comfortable. Savio and Lucy were incredibly warm and responsive. When we accidentally locked ourselves out on day one, Lucy arrived quickly with spare keys and a big smile. She also helped us navigate local essentials through an app, which was a huge help. The location is peaceful—ideal if you enjoy quiet evenings after beach days (though the beach is a drive away). A tip: rent a car from the airport itself—it’s much easier. Savio connected us with a great car rental contact and even arranged a whiteboard and yoga mat for us. I will highly recommend this property to anyone visiting North Goa.The day we booked ,we felt at home.Rohit helped to clarify all our doubts and queries .All amenities mentioned were available. Everything was neat and clean.Caretaker Atul bhaiya was very helpful in keeping the house clean everyday and flexible. Rohit ensured to share all recommendation the day we landed.Even coordinated and ensured smooth check in as we arrived bit late in evening.
