Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Singapore River

Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Very professional hosts with prompt reply. The house is quiet yet connected to many malls and eateries. Very comfortable and clean, house looks new. The baby chair and baby toys is a added bonus. Host provided disposable ear plugs, toothbrushes, towels. Will suggest to not open any windows as there might be mosquitoes. Overall a very nice stay, would return.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

Nice place to get together with your siblings families. Mr. ben is really proactive. Ms. su and uncle leong also helpful. communication is no problem at all. Big dinning hall for all of is to have a breakfast lunch n dinner. karaoke room is good. both 2nd floor master bed room bed is comfortable. amenities and convenience shops is nearby. and about less than 10min to tebing dato onn. automated gate with outdoor cctv. the house is quite old but bali vibes. swimming pool need to clean a bit due to the fallen leaves from the garden area. just follow the house rules especially when throw rubbish. must do it properly if not monkey will do "outdoor party" at the rubbish bin. overall wonderful experience.

The accommodation was worth the money. The stay was great, all the amenities were provided as per listed. Host is responsive so all enquiries and helped was answered swiftly. Would stay here again definitely giving it a 10/10. Appreciate the great stay, thanks for having me!

This place is clean and location wise is very central, near KSL and Pelangi Plaza. About 5 minutes drive away from JB immigration. The large sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable and can accommodate few persons sit around and chit chat. The facilities were great and we had fun at the Karaoke.

The time I spent here with my family for a month will remain a truly wonderful memory. The host was very kind and responsive, and we had a comfortable stay without any issues from check-in to check-out throughout the entire month. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it ideal for long-term stays with family. The swimming pool and gym were also convenient and enjoyable to use. Additionally, there were two famous theme parks near the condo, which made it perfect for spending time with our child. There were also two malls just a 5-minute drive away, which was very convenient. I would love to stay at MoMo's place again.

Great place to stay. It’s our first time staying and my kids are all very happy. The unit is clean and spacious. We have problem looking for our carport at first but manage to find in the end. Will definitely come back and stay again next time.

This is our 3rd stay here and it was always comfortable for our family. Location is very close to Southkey mall and quite many food options just around the condo. Check in was easy and straightforward. Beds were comfy, sheets were clean. Toilets were clean and disposable toothbrush were provided. Decent size pool and gym for the condo facilities.

It was a very good stay, my family and I enjoyed the circus themed stay, we also took a lot of beautiful pictures. Not only was the host responsive but also recommended nearby restaurants for us. They also provided snacks for kids, which was very thoughtful of them. The customer service is very responsive and polite. Overall it was worth the money and a good stay.

집처럼 편안한 숙소네요. 간이 건조기가 있어서 세탁물 건조가 쉽네요. 정수기나 정수필터가 있으면 더 금상첨화겠고 개미등 일부 벌레가있으나 호스트가 즉각 해결해주고 열대지방에서 벌레는 어쩔수 없는거라 생각됩니다

My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.

I stayed there with my son from May 28,2025 for 5 days. I must say the minute you walk into the apartment, it feels like home. Very neat, not cluttered. I love the green plants in the unit and of course the fish tank. Dan has been very helpful and respond to all my messages very fas, though we didn't get to meet on arrival. He has very unique collection of comic book characters which I enjoyed looking at them.😊😊 Oh, by the way, you need to water the plants and feed the fish while staying there.😊 We are glad to have chosen his home as our holiday getaway. We will definitely return Dan. Thank you very much for your hospitality. See you again in the near future.🙏

이번 여행에서 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 먼저 호스트 분이 너무 친절하셨어요. ㅎㅎ 문의사항이 있을 때마다 빠르게 답장을 주셔서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 개인 사정으로 인해 체크아웃 시간을 조금 늦춰야 했는데, 흔쾌히 가능하다고 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 이런 배려 덕분에 여유롭게 여행을 마무리할 수 있었습니다. 숙소 상태도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 방이 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고, 냄새도 없이 쾌적해서 들어서는 순간부터 기분이 좋았어요. 에어컨도 잘 작동해서 더운 날씨에도 시원하게 지낼 수 있었고, 수건이나 이불 등 기본적인 준비도 아주 잘 되어 있었습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던 점은 세탁기가 있다는 것이었는데, 장기 여행 중이라 빨래 걱정이 있었는데 이 덕분에 정말 편하게 해결할 수 있었습니다. 주변 환경도 조용하고 안전해서 밤늦게 들어와도 전혀 불안하지 않았고, 위치도 관광지와 가까워 이동이 편리했어요. 전반적으로 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 다음에도 다시 이용하고 싶을 정도로 좋은 기억만 남았습니다. 좋은 숙소 제공해주셔서 감사합니다! 🙂

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.
