This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a quiet rural village near Seoul. It faces south, so the morning sun shines very warmly. Spring cherry blossoms, summer valleys, autumn leaves, winter snow, and the best accommodation for all seasons To provide a clean and minimal accommodation, we would like to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. The maximum number of guests is 4 when visiting with infants and toddlers under the age of 2. Guests can independently use the entire first floor and garden of the two-story house. The owner lives on the second floor, and the entrance is separated, so you can have a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a peaceful rest. [Barbecue] Standing barbecue grill + grill available, and the additional cost is 15,000 KRW. [Fireplace] * The fireplace starts to burn from the season when the temperature goes below zero. * The fireplace can cause fire hazards and spread smoke indoors, so the owner lights it directly.
